Your privacy and confidentiality is extremely important to me. You can register to see my current availability or to set your own appointment time(s) through the AppointmentQuest online scheduling service. Examples of the types of personal information that may be collected on these pages are:

The Way I Use Information:

I use the information you provide about yourself when signing up for services for the sole purpose of providing you with those services. I do not, and will never in the future, share this information with outside parties except to the minimal extent necessary to provide those services for you.

I use return email addresses to answer the email I receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

On my web site you can register to receive my newsletter. You will not receive the newsletter unless you specifically fill out the newsletter registration form.

I use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design my web site. For example, I may collect information that X number of individuals visited a certain area on my web site, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out my registration form, but I do not collect or share any information that could be used to identify those individuals in statistical analysis.

Finally, I never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to me in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Protecting the privacy and safety of the very young is especially important to me.
